When the government decides to distribute the government grants, then all it is doing is to invest in a better future of America. All of us have a tendency to invest in those bonds, shares only that have high growth and they are promising.

We do not invest in those bonds, which are performing poorly. In the same way the government distributes money to those people only who really need it.

Hence a lot of biasing takes in the distribution of the government grants. For example, if you have no money but you have a promising business plan then you are most eligible to receive the government grants; no one will question your authenticity.

All you will need to do is to prepare a well-made business plan and submit it to the respective department from where you will receive the money. It will be the discretion of the government to decide whether you need it or not.
